Your digital identity works only on your smartphone, with the itsme app you’ve installed and your personal secret code. This method is called multi-factor authentication (MFA). Only you have access.
A passwordless login
You don’t have to create, remember and manage a different password for every website or app. With itsme you log in everywhere without a password. Your itsme is the encrypted, secure authentication key.
No consent? No action
Whatever you do with itsme, you always confirm and enter your secret code yourself. That way your personal data is never shared without your consent.
Icons for extra security
The first time you log in on a PC or tablet, an icon appears. By choosing the same icon in the itsme app, you secure the connection between your browser and your app. When you sign with itsme®, you select an icon for each signature. That’s an extra layer of security.

Secure connection with every partner
Every itsme partner (your bank, your insurer, your telecom provider …) has a unique connection and uses asymmetric key cryptography: one key to encrypt the data and another to decrypt it. Encrypting the data keeps the information unreadable to everyone except the intended partner
