This will allow existing users to access their accounts simply by authenticating their identities in the itsme^® app. Once logged in, dormant accounts or users that registered manually will be automatically linked and verified, eliminating the need for password resets or manual support intervention. This creates a frictionless path for returning players.

Additionally, in-account verification via itsme^® is scheduled to return in 2026. Once active, it will allow users who registered manually to complete KYC securely using itsme^®.
