Like all companies, by using the services of itsme, you also agree to the terms and conditions of these services and the content of the privacy policy and the cookie notice. First of all, be aware: itsme changes from time to time the terms and conditions of its itsme app. If this is the case we will let you know one month in advance. What can you do with the itsme app?

How can you register for the itsme app?

  • Step 1: Download the itsme app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Wie steht es mit der Sicherheit?

  • Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Ihr Smartphone, Browser, Betriebssystem und Internet-Anschluss sicher und geschützt sind.

  • Behalten Sie Ihren persönlichen itsme-Code immer für sich. In keinem Fall dürfen Sie ihn notieren, anderen Personen mitteilen oder sich bei der Eingabe des Codes über die Schulter schauen lassen.

  • Sollten Sie Ihren itsme-Code vergessen haben, können Sie einen neuen anfordern, indem Sie Ihren Account sperren und sich erneut für die itsme-App registrieren.

Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?

  • Ihr E-Mail-Account und Ihr itsme-Code sind streng persönlich.

  • Sie sind der einzige rechtmäßige Inhaber Ihrer Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse.

  • Jede Information, die Sie uns mitteilen, ist hundertprozentig korrekt.

  • Grundsätzlich gilt: Wenn uns ein Fehler unterläuft, beheben wir ihn. Wenn Ihnen ein Fehler unterläuft, sind Sie dafür verantwortlich.

Was dürfen Sie von uns erwarten?

  • Wir führen ein internes Protokoll über alle Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit Ihrer Nutzung der itsme-App. Sollten Sie sich dafür entscheiden, die App nicht mehr zu nutzen (aber warum sollten Sie?), werden Ihre Registrierungsdaten gelöscht.

  • Wir können Ihren itsme-Account schließen. Wenn Sie sich nicht an unsere Regeln halten, haben wir jederzeit das Recht, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse ohne Warnung zu entfernen oder zu blockieren.

  • We attach great importance to the smooth functioning of the itsme app. We accept no liability for any functional impairments. If an error occurs, we'll do our best to fix it as quickly as possible so you can say, "Wow, that was really fast."
